Objectives

  • Educating Qualified Graduates: To educate individuals who possess the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to analyze organizational business needs and effectively design, develop, and manage information systems.
     
  • Responding to Industry Needs: To educate individuals who can be employed in various public and private sector organizations and successfully undertake roles as analysts, designers, developers, and managers.
     
  • Keeping Pace with Technological Developments: To prepare professionals who closely follow rapidly evolving technologies, develop innovative solutions, and create systems that meet the changing needs of organizations.
     
  • Supporting Scientific Research and Development: To conduct scientific research addressing academic and industrial needs and contribute to both the scientific literature and the industry through the outcomes of these studies.

Goals

  1. Continuously improve the curriculum in line with current developments in information technologies.
  2. Enhance students' practical skills and industry experience through the 3+1 education model.
  3. Educate graduates who are competent in software development, artificial intelligence, database systems, and networking technologies.
  4. Support students' participation in project development, research, and entrepreneurship activities.
  5. Strengthen collaborations with industry and technology companies.
  6. Support students who aim to continue their academic education through the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS).
  7. Promote professional ethics, teamwork, and a culture of lifelong learning.
