Increasing the Quality of Education and Training

• Ensuring an adequate number of academic staff to contribute to our vocational school.

 

• Reaching the targeted values for social, cultural, technical trips, and sports activities for students.

 

• Creating social and sports areas for students.

 

• Organizing at least 7 scientific activities (conferences, etc.) per semester for students throughout the academic year.

 

• Completing the hardware deficiencies of the laboratories by the end of 2017.

Assisting Graduates in Finding Jobs

• Ensuring that İŞKUR organizes seminars at least once a year for senior students on topics such as resume writing, job applications, interviews, etc.

 

• Strengthening the cooperation between our vocational school and the labor market.

 

• Being in constant contact with relevant institutions or organizations.

 

• Enhancing the work experience and professionalism of interning students by supervising their training.

1.1 Quality Policy

  • To create the infrastructure that will lay the groundwork for the production and development of universal science, and to provide the necessary support to its students and academic staff within this framework.

  • To raise qualified technicians who have received contemporary education in line with Atatürk's Principles and Reforms.

1.2 Education and Research Policy

  • To be a higher education institution aiming to conduct advanced research, education, production, and consultancy in science and technology, and to ensure development by making continuous improvements in the quality management system.

  • To review educational programs at the beginning of each academic term and make necessary updates and arrangements.

1.3 Human Resources Policy

  • To direct all employees of our vocational school towards common goals and to try to keep motivation high.

  • To adopt a participatory management approach.
