The research project titled "Determination of the Effect of Spirulina platensis on the Quality Characteristics of Heat-Treated Sausage," led by Associate Professor Dr. Selen Sallan, a faculty member at Bandırma Vocational School of Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, has been awarded funding under the TÜBİTAK Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Program (1002-A Rapid Support Module).
