Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, Bandırma Vocational School Department of Food Processing, Food Technology Program is a program that trains technical personnel to carry out the production, packaging, storage, transportation and delivery of food and food products in accordance with health conditions. During the education, which consists of two years and four semesters, theoretical and applied courses are given.
In order to be accepted to Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Bandırma Vocational School Department of Food Processing Food Technology Program, those who graduated from all high schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education must take the Student Selection Exam (ÖSS) held by the OSYM Presidency and get enough points. Those who graduate the Food Technology Program are given the "Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Bandırma Vocational School Associate Degree Diploma Food Technician Title". Approximately 30 students are admitted to the program each year. In order to graduate, students must give provide an average of 2.00 and do an internship complete during the semester covering 70 working days.
